  xpole flat ceiling mount vs LM drilled in mount

  Does anyone know if the flat ceiling mount by xpole is similar to the mount that LM has? It doesn't matter to me  about the mounts showing becuz of the room the pole wud be in. I've been told by my contractor that our ceiling wud do better without the pressure mount. Narrowing down my choices…thanx!

  THey are completely different mounts.

  The LM mount is the "male" end of a male/female insertion mount and the XP  mount is the female end with the top of the pole being the male end.

  Also the XP mount has bearings in it to allow for rotation for the spin pole.

  X-Pole now has a large range of mounts to suit all types of installation and poles.

  Please can you advise what type of X-Pole you have.
