Chopsticks/ butt excercises
Hi all,
So I have a floor split (but not an oversplit), and can get into chopsticks, but my chopsticks looks really sad. I'm sure quite a bit of it has to do with the rear leg's hip flexor flexibility, but I can't help but wonder if part of it has to do with glute strength as well. My question to you is: what excercises would you use to strengthen your glutes? I know that running would probably help, as would lifting weighs, but I was thinking about floor excercises beyond that.
