tips for lower body
Posted by Blair418 on March 1, 2013 at 8:41 amI have noticed a big difference in my upper body but bottom and legs don’t seem to be getting toned as fast or at all. Anyone else experincing this or have suggestions?

Try doing some lunges in your warm up. Also when you are dancing round the pole you could slide down it with your back to the pole and then push yourself up again just using your legs.

Are you inverting yet? Once you can invert doing leg hangs and switches will build it up. Pole sits, jasmines, side climbs, pole climbs, all of these will help:)

If you're interested, there are a lot of good lower body exercises in the lessons they are found in the Beginner section as Pole strength and the Conditioning section has some too! As mentioned Squats are great and I love the Booty lift and booty squeeze! https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_rambo.gif

doing booty rolls and body waves while in caterpillar will seriously work out the lower body.

I'm doing the Brazil Butt Lift right now and I loooove it. There are lots of squat and lunge variations that work your legs/butt from multiple angles. Plus lots of cardio in the mix too.
