  • Got my pole!

    Hey everyone! Finally got my pole. It's been about five months since I've poled but I was just wondering if anyone had advice on getting back to it. Like what should I work on? I've lost everything I knew before lol Thanks in advance.. (:

    I’ve been off the pole for almost 3 months myself, so I’m in the same boat. My advice would be to use the first 2-3 weeks just working on building your strength back up & stretching, then maybe going through moves you used to be able to do to gauge where you are at, then going from there. Because you might not need to start all the way from the beginning, just may need to build your strength back up & touch up on your skills.

    However, If you feel like you need to start from scratch, then I would use Veenas 30 day challenge lessons.

    As cali said, Veena's 30 day take-off is a great place to start.  The Getting started video for the program gives you alot of information about it.
