Hello everyone! I've already put in an email to XPole US regarding an issue that I've had from the beginning when I first got my XPert XPole. But, I thought that perhaps I could just jump on here while I wait for a response and find out if anyone else has had the same issue as me and if they were able to get any resolution from it.

So, my issue is that at the very bottom of my pole I have this shorter cover piece that is supposed to slide up and twist tight covering the metal threads inside the actual pole. However, it appears as though the threads to tighten the cover are completely stripped and have been since I first got my pole. It causing some serious issues when I'm trying to perform a lot of tricks especially when I slide down onto the piece cause it just slides off and exposes the threads at the bottom.

Has anyone else experienced this with their XPert XPole? And, if so, were they able to gain any resolution from the issue?

I had one that was very finicky, sounded like grinding metal when you tried to tighten it, would slip down. I came to a resolution with X pole. So hopefully it will be an easy fix for you.

My other one would be a little funny in times of temperature change, I would just make sure it was tightened before use, and if it was falling, I was typically failing to hook the first thread when tightening. Can you visually see that the threads aren't making connection, or could it be the same as mine where it was just difficult to get it on the thread but once you did and tightened it correctly, it stayed….

    Good luck!
