Went to chiropractor again….
And he basically told me that thanks to my fall from excuting the butterfly a couple months ago my left shoulder is starting to "freeze" basically it's building up scar tissue from inflammation and is locking in place and I'm slowly losing range of motion and mobility. He says that the best thing for it is to stretch, stretch, stretch and stretch some more. He say he feels we caught it early enough where I won't need surgery to literally RIP the scar tissue apart (EEK!!) so I have to work my shoulder DAILY with stretching exercises. One good thing, he said my poling and silks are a good thing because it keeps my shoulder active. If he would've told me to stop I would've died in his office! LOL!
On another note…..I finally got the courage to get up in the butterfly today. Guess it took being close to never being able to do it again to motivate me so here's some video of me playing around.
