    How many Knee tucks should I do a day and week, si it can help me on inverting and becoming stronger? Does the pole strength exercise warm up help for this and can I do it before everytime I use my pole like 3 times a week? What else can I do? Also how many sit ups should I be doing a day and week? TIA desperate to invert but want to do it when I am ready to prevent injury. TIA =) any tips I appreciate it lots. Xo =) Love this site.

    Knee tucks I would say try 3 reps of 15-20 2-3x a day each side. Sit ups & push ups 20-25 2-3 x a day. I used to do sit ups and push ups in my office at work 2-3x a day it only takes 1-2 mins. If you have a pull up bar at home do as many as you can in 30 seconds 3-4x a week. It usually takes about 3-4 weeks to see a difference in your strength doing the above consistently.

    Oh also watch all of the getting started lessons listed first in every section, they will tell you how often and give you a guideline for your pole sessions
