  Holding poses on spin mode

  Hi there, On the average, how many rotations around the pole or seconds should one hold a spin looking pose on spin mode? I'm new to spin mode and appreciate  all the advice I can get. Thanks in advance.

  HI 😀 I spin 2 – 3 times in one pose. One always need a second, from when you are in the pose, til you are fully exstended – atleast I think so 🙂

  In the current choreography I work on, I just count to 8 with the song 🙂

  Joni;

  I video tape my Chorey/routine and break it down into sections and then I watch it…use the music as your cue…I print out the lyrics and then I know the words and when and where I should be in my routine. I hope this helps. See you today Bella. xhxhx
