    Wrist/forearm strengthening and stretching, hand strengthening squeezes, and massage. All of which helps reduce pain and recovery time, and over time, the problem has relaxed a bit. I also flap my hands up and down, side to side, over to the outsides and back, and do circles both ways with them periodically at work when I am typing to keep everything going. This is just what I do. No doctor told me to do these things, its just what I found helps.
