Help! weak hands
Ok I need advice, can anyone tell me what else I can do to help gain strength in my hands? I'm working the 30 day lessons that include the pole hold but I can only keep my feet off the ground 1 second. whew I didn't know my butt was so heavy. anyway should I add more strength training for my hands and fore arms or just stick to Veena's lessons for strong hands and arms? any suggestions will be welcome.
