xpole address
Does anyone have an email address that goes straight to someone at xpole us? I have sent emails thru the xpoleus.com site but no answer. I even contacted someone on facebook but no answer. I also tried xpole tech but he/she is not in the US i dont think. I need an actual name of someone there that usually answers email like randy and lizz do at Lil Mynx and Staci at Platinum stages. Thanks!

Kimara@xpoleus.com. I think Heidi is similar. I am pretty sure that Kimara is extension 102. She is located here in Cleveland so you can get a hold of her on eastern time.

I had trouble getting through to Xpole a while ago using the generic emails on their website. I finally called them and they apologized for it, saying they're still trying to fix the problem with their email system. Maybe they still are. If you need a quick answer I recommend calling them.
