Every day or every other day?
I am using the Studio Veena lessons, and using the pole/working out was suggestion every other day, instead of every day, to let the body recover. I don't feel sore or anything the day after my workout (i'm doing the 30 day takeoff). Should I still be only using my pole every other day?
How many of you use it and workout on it every day and how many of you do every other day? How does it affect you, and what would you suggest?
