I am not much on the site but I have a subscription to the magazine:
Oxygen Magazine
I am also on a really geeky body building forum that is 98% guys.

thanks chem the oxygen website is great and actually has unique tips! i think i will have to subscribe!

My daily go-to sites are FitSugar, Los Angeles Times Health section and the New York Times Health section.
I also visit Glamour magazine’s Vitamin G occasionally.

As with Chemgoddess I am a big believer in oxygen I check the website and it is the only fitness magazine I find worth subscribing to. Tosca is a goddess.
Bodyrock.tv is my favorite workout blog. Zuzana kicks me all over each time. I don’t follow all the workouts but they are great because can be modified. For example my friend with bad ankles doesn’t do the jumping stuff just switches quickly. Plus there is a whole archive on the site! -
I really like http://www.sparkpeople.com It has everything from food trackers (I can even track it on my phone) to groups(teams)/ forums. It claims to be the biggest health/fitness site. There are two pole groups on there too. I also like the group sexy upgrade. Its a bit overwhelming at first due to how big it is but then once you figure out what your goals are, it can help keep you motivated. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_smile.gif
http://www.Poletopia.com Unique items that embrace the spirit of pole!

Hi guys – some shameless self-promotion:
This is the first week I'm posting real content to my blog, i.e. articles in addition to just journal entries. The URL is above.
I am hoping to post content 3 – 5x a week.
I haven't had time to pole-i-fy the theme yet, though, do it doesn't quite look like a pole blog. But I swear it is! 🙂 Enjoy!

Absolute favorite is http://toneitup.com/. I just recently found it like maybe a month ago and by using their tips and videos I've seen some improvement. Out of curiousity I've used youtube to hear more about it, and I have seen some pretty amazing transformation videos. Some are about people loosing a ton of wieght, but for a lot it's about finding a stronger healthier body. Plus I'm a foodie, and through them I've found a TON of great healthy living blogs mostly about food! My favorite one of those is Eye It, Try It….mostly about food, a little about fitness but she has the BEST healthy food recipies. <3
