Jamilla's Art of Pole series is incredible. She breaks moves down ,gives conditioning advice, and shows transitions as well. If you get just one set it should be those.

Dont forget about Veena's lessons too–they're a GREAT resource, super well done, and you can stream them–no waiting for shipping or any of that. Yay!

I have those dvds they are good but the moves aren’t in any real order so difficult to build strength to progress to harder moves. I also have the art of pole series these are brilliant, in a good order of difficulty and easy to follow

I have the art of pole DVDs as well & they are good but I found Veena’s lessons to be 10x more detailed, easier to follow & through

    Take a peek at http://www.poledancedvd.com/

There are trailers to almost every Pole Dance DVD made. This will at least show you what each one of them offers.
