  Platinum Stages Customer Service

   Staci is really taking care of my scratched pole/torn ups boxes problems. She is sending 2 new pole pieces, new star base and new legs. It looks as if the boxes may have been dropped becuz they were in kinda bad shape….torn and split. As a result several things got bumped/scratched. I love the Star Stand Alone so far. Will really love it when all is said and done and I will update.

  Really…. impressed with them so far…

  I now have a brand new, shiny, scratchless pole and a goodie bag to compensate for the wait (hand grip, microfiber towel, Live Once Video)! I am happy!

  I'm so glad everything worked out for you. What a treat getting a goody bag. I love Live Once video. It's one of my favorite pole videos. Elisabeth breaks down the moves so well. I   actually have been going to her new studio Muse Fitness and train with her. She is an AWESOME pole instructor.
