So I recently bought my first pair of pole heels, and theyre black patent leather pleasers.

Theyre these ones but black http://modelexpressvancouver.com/Model_Express/LIP109R_files/shapeimage_2.png

Lengthwise, they are absolutely perfect for my feet. But the front band that goes across the toes is very… snug. And I usually wouldnt mind, but its causing blistering on my big toe. I know people say that theyll stretch out and all that, but if they do, then won't I get the toes-hanging-over problem?

Also, Im working on breaking them in by wearing them around the house and such, but again, its causing me blisters 🙁 And I'm scared to use my hairdryer on them for the concern mentioned above (toes hanging). Girls, how did you get your shoes to work for you?

~New to shoes, help me please! 🙂

use the hair dryer in the band only. heat makes things expand so it will prevent blisters. If that doesn’t work buy blister band aids and apply before wearing your shoes on the places you get blisters.

Should I expect to wear the bandaids everytime I wear the shoes, or just until theyre broken in?

It'll take a while. Mine take about 2 weeks of constant use to be able to wear them without the bandaids.

I have a killer blister on the back of my ankle from new Pleasers! They are broken in now though. It sounds gross, but once you get a few good sessions with them and your feet get all hot and sweaty, the plastic expands. I always buy my dance heels tight for that reason. If they fit well to begin with I find they end up being a little too loose and I get toe overhang and wobbly ankles lol.

My pleaser shoes are new and bother my pinky toe and big toe. I got the next size and I’m debating on keeping the bigger ones or the tighter ones since like everyone says they do stretch. Decisions decisions! Don’t know which way ill go yet.
