    Ok so I can get into advanced star, knee hold & marley but can’t hold the moves for longer than a few seconds=me not being able to let go of the pole.

    What exercises and/or conditioning moves will help me strengthen my knee pit hold? I have started doing Veena’s leg hook crunch but is there anything else?

    Gemini's, Side climbs, the leg hook crunch as you mentioned. Really anything that will target your Hamstrings. Also, keep on practicing the star and marley, because those moves on their own are strength builders!
