What’s YOUR pole playlist?
I've been having some difficulty choreographing my own freestyle etc and I LOVE finding just the perfect songs! They're so helpful and really help me get in the mood and relax!
What about all of you fabulous ladies? What songs do you LOVE to dance to?

for freestyle I look for song that just makes me want to move. If I'm going to Choreo (which is very rare) I look for songs that seem to suit moves I want to showcase. I'm much more a freestyler then a choreo girl

I find that the best way to create a playlist is to watch videos from different websites of pole dancing and chair dancing I.e, YouTube, and studioVeena.com. Whenever I hear a good song I like, I use Shazam or Soundhound to “tag” it on my iPhone or ipad. Then I purchase them after and add them to my pole fitness playlist. I have gotten some of my favorite and most unique songs right here on this website 😄

"Wicked Games" by The Weeknd and "Dirty Diana" by Michael Jackson. LOVE to freestyle to those 🙂 They get the blood flowing!
