Alright, so it's like been muggy as all hell and raining off and on. What in the world am I supposed to do here?? I have to wipe my pole down about every climb! I warm up, get ready for a good workout and end up not being able to do all I want. Anyone know the solution to my slipping issue for these high humidity days? I need to stick!

Does your pole room have a door so it can be completely enclosed? If so, running a dehumidifier as well as air conditioning can lower the humidity significantly.

I should add that if you go that route you’d want to get it running in your pole room about half an hour before you pole to give it a chance to do its thing.

Yep it's in my bedroom, I crank up the AC but a dehumidifier is a fantastic idea thanks!

I totally feel you! My studio poles get soooo slippery due to the class size and so many bodies in there at once. It’s rough.

Ugh, I’m dealing with this problem right now at the studio. I can’t seem to find the perfect summer pole grip combination to stop it from happening.

    Easiest Answer Ever: Pole Sleeves!!
Every other post is about sweaty hands…it will take care of that problem, plus you’ll never have to warm up your pole (perfect for the upcoming winter)!
