30 Day Ab Challenge!

This is NOT the 30 day take off program, the program is FAR more in depth than this challenge! However, I thought a simple Challenge that was designed for Pole Dancers would be fun! Veena I have been doing this challenge and my inverts have improved astronomically! thank you. my inverts were very weak and sometimes would not be able to invert at all. this has helped so much. I especially like the roll-ups from the floor. along with this 30 day challenge I have added push-ups everyday. starting with 2,5,10. I have to start elevated off the floor because I am not strong enough to a flat split. I use my aerobic step to do my push ups or the bottom stair in my home. Maybe a push-up challenge would be good too!
