    Hello everyone,

I am looking for a pole fitness studio in Phoenix AZ or surrounding area. Does anyone have any ideas? I am a contract nurse and will begin a new assignment Oct 7.

    Thanks,

    Michelle Carpenter

Connect with Capfeb on here, she lives in Gilbert and attends Prowress studio. Don't quote me on that but she'll most likely know the local spots. Perfect time to move to phoenix it's not so hot during the fall 🙂

I recommend to go to prowess and stay away from Pussycats. Prowess is owned by Arizona’s only polefession to compete on a national level. There isn’t a single trick Lindsay can’t do(well, there’s a few she’s afraid of…) or teach you, regardless of your level. And she’s hilarious. Open pole 4x Times a week. Only downfall is there’s not a lot of aerial room if you’re tall.

Pink has no open pole, and only beginner classes, but they have a lot of fun workshops. Like booty popping, boot camp, etc.

Purple Rain is ALRIGHT but I don’t think they do drop ins. And I’ve never been there, only through word of mouth.

Express Mie has the same issue that pink does.

I wish I lived in Gilbert, haha. I’d go to pole class more often

Thanks so much for the recommendation I will check out their websites. 🙂
I won’t be living in a place I can put up my pole. Going to be hard to cope for awhile.

I also go to Prowess and love it. The first studio took classes at was Pussycats. It's not that there is anything wrong with that studio, Nyla is an amazing instructor/dancer and a lot of fun however what that studio offered wasn't what I was looking for. Nyla focuses on more of the sensual side of the dance while at Prowess I feel like I have advanced more and learned more tricks/flexibility. Pussycats is a much slower pace and more expensive. Lindsay at Prowess is an incredible instructor though and I absolutely love going to that studio 🙂
