    OK, I was warned … but they were so helpful 4 years ago when I bought my 50.

    I shoulda got Xpole, it would have been here by now.  In stead, PS pole comes a week later than promised, but without the 2' extension I needed.  Another ten days for the extension, which arrived today, and it's the WRONG ONE!!!

    Now I have to rent studio time to practice, although they've been wonderful about allowing me to practice my own moves during my regularly scheduled classes.  The Showcase is on 45s, so I really want to be ready for those poles.

    grrrrrrr….

    I have been a loyal customer to PS for years and have referred MANY friends and students. I switched to lil' mynx a month ago because PS's customer service is so terrible. I still think their poles are my favorite to work on but I just can't support their business anymore.

    (I just bought a brand new PS pole in June and it's still being unused because it's not correct and will not be replaced.)
