I new to the discussion but not new to the site I have been poling for two odd years and attend a studio in a intermediate 2 level. My once consistent invert to v has disappeared some days can nail it other days like struggle to even do it. I have a pole at home to practice I’m so frustrated. Has anyone had this issue hopefully it will pass but currently just so darn agggg!

    Thanks reading 🙂

Its common for a move to disappear it often happens to me but it will eventually come back again just keep working at it 🙂

Yeah me too, I think it happens us all at some stage. Just keep practicing and it’ll get more consistent! My Scorpio has randomly decided to do that since last week even though iv been fine with it for a year lol

Often when we 'lose' a move it's because we've forgotten a few technique points that can make the difference between sticking it/feeling comfortable – and not. Often it's helpful to get a refresher lesson from your studio/instructor or check out Veen'as lessons here – this is one of the reasons they are great in complement to studio classes too 🙂

Hi Passion Poler! As everyone mentioned it's totally normal for a move to come and go. Frustrating, but normal. 🙂
