Are you able to get a signed permission notice by your parents or guardian to bring to a studio or maybe even have a parent come with you to give the studio their okay?

That’s so silly like honestly what is the problem with you poling. I really still think its the whole stigma that comes with pole. But I agree maybe a letter from a parent to say they are happy with you to join a class. What is the reason they give you why they can’t let you in their class?

Yes my mum was who got me started and has give me permission

If you can’t find a live studio maybe you could take Skype lessons from someone or use veena’s lessons (they are really great).

I think the attitude of teens and children taking pole is going to slowly change. The studio I go to just recently started kids classes and mommy and me class. I think it helps that the owner has 3 children that all love playing on the pole. My daughter is 10 and is in the kids classes and loves it. So just be patient and practice when and where you can.

Whereabouts can you travel to in Manchester? As far as I know JLN and Bodybarre teach under 16s, though I think you’d need parental consent first

I have a friend who poles in the Manchester area. I will ask her if she knows anything that might help and get back to you.
Try doing Veena's lessons (the ones without the need for a pole) to keep yourself flexible and strong in the mean time
