Good for her! As it is her 3rd pregnancy (not that all pregnancies are the same) I'm sure she has a pretty good feel as to what her body does during those 9 months, and what it i capable of. She was doing this stuff 2 1/2 years prior to becoming pregnant, so it isn't like she is starting something new that her body is not acustomed to. I would say it is just like pole dancing. You wouldn't start pole from the beginning as an expectant mother, but continuing to do something that gives you exercise and makes you feel good/part of your daily routine – well, then good for you!

I actually am a fellow Crossfitter and we have had 3 women who all have continued Crossfit during their pregnancies. There has even been women compete in the the Open and Reginals that where 5-6 months pregnant. No one knows cause it was not in a major magazine and only Crossfitters follow the games. Like the women stated in her article, she knows her body and knows when to back off. That is one thing I know Crossfit teaches you, to know your body. I have never been more in tune with it and if I was to ever come with child, I would also do the same as her. To each their own….
