That's awesome (: ! I can't wait to learn some tricks so I can have one too! I think it might depend on the theme that your going for.

I would definitely wear a set, like under the "Gallery" tab at the top, Veena wore a Mika Yoga wear set. They're really elegant, classy, and beautiful especially the Astoria collection (: You could always wear a bad kitty PoleFit set if you want to showcase your strength and to make your photoshoot's theme more pole-fitnessy!

Me and my friend had a shooting in April and decided to go with white and a white background. You can see some of the photos in my gallery.

As a photographer, I can tell you, that I love it, when models bring as much clothes as possible. Not that we will need it all, but it trickers the inspiration. Since I dont know what theme/lighting/style of your shoot, its impossible to give you an answer. If you are going for a white background, and want to wear white aswell, make sure you also bring something in another color, because white on white and black on black, is very challenging for a photographer, and not everyone can make sure, it doesnt look like, your torso is cut off, where the clothes are + it can cause some limitations, and you want to make sure, you have the option to go with every kind of light, the photographer can offer. 🙂
So to sum up: Pack your bag as if you were going on a 4 day shoot 🙂

    Thanks guys!
It’s a shoot at my studio which is in a barn so the background will just be the wooden beamed walls, here’s the link:

I only have a half hour shot so I only really have enough time for maybe one costume change maybe?
To be honest I’m not sure what to expect!!

black and white, would be BEAUTIFUL in the location you linked to. Much would go with it, but I would suggest ballerina style, if I was the photographer.. Wich I would have loved too! 😀

I've done a couple of pole photo shoots. And each took at least 2-3 hours! And that was after i already had everything set up and warmed myself up! I would definitely bring many outfit options that flatter you and outfits that match. I would make a list of poses/tricks/spins you definitely want to shoot. Because I tend to forget which poses I want shot, when it comes down to it! Bring a fan, towel to dry yourself off with and grip aids if needed. Make sure you are fully warmed up before shooting especially if you plan to do tricks. My first photo shoot felt like boot camp! And give yourself plenty of time for hair, makeup and getting into costume as well! Practice facial expressions in a mirror. It helps to know and memorize which expressions look good on you! 😉 I usually like to have an extra person watching, in case a piece of clothing or hair needs to be adjusted. Nothing's worse than getting a beautiful shot, and one of your cutlets is showing! It's easy to photoshop, but way easier to fix it before taking the picture.Good luck and have fun! I love getting my picture taken!
