    Hey everyone,

I've always wanted to pole. Unfortunately, I moved to a really small city with limited fitness opportunities, let alone pole-dancing. So, I figured that I might purchase a pole and practice using online resources. But, after some research, this might not be an option for me. I'm renting a 10×10 room in a house with avid slut-shamers. I figured might be set it up and take in down without them knowing? But, I worry my room is too small and wonder about noise level…

Let me know what you think!

    Hi kamikagurl,

I rent a shoe box sized studio apartment with shady people next door so I totally understand where you're coming from. Before I even considered getting my pole I made sure that my landlord was ok with it. I have a SV pole so it can easily be taken down and put back up. No noise at all. I also made sure that there would be enough dancing room for me to work with.

In my humble opinion, if you think you don't have enough dancing space or think you may be moving some time in the near future then maybe you should wait. But other than that I say totally go for it! You'll be glad you did.
