Elbow Grip and reverse grip?
any suggestions on what or how to do it? I have been trying for many days and can’t do it! so any tips for me please? thanks all

What is it that you can’t get with the elbow grip?? Is it balance or it just feels weird, hurts? Also what moves are you trying to do using the elbow grip?

i meant to say the twisted grip for the cartwheel mount. the only vids i have are on youtube..the elbow grip for the aysha or the caterpillar..i just can;t seem to get the anatomy itself of it. like maybe i’m not turning my hand right or something.. thanks hun

thanks hun. i have a new vid on youtube of me doing the bow and arrow and trying the elbow grip but i was so scared of falling that i didn’t hold it long.lol..
