    hi girls!

i’m buying some new pleaser shoes and ive always worn the double clear strapped ones (eg an ankle strap and a strap just before the toes).

However, the style I’m after only comes in a clear strap slide (picture attached). Have any of you worn slide heels when polling? Do they stay on well? Do you feel secure in them?

I have always avoided slides because I’m scared I will kick them off during a spin or inversion. I’m sure it can be done, but you might have to be more careful with what moves you do in them?

You can always get those lace up things that go all the way up your leg to firmly plant them on your feet. Just tie under the heel and around the ankle and you should be good to go. I have never worn that style of shoe, but know many dancers who do adv tricks in them. I think it will just take some getting used to 🙂

I just ordered slides on clearance from snaz75, as well as those leg wraps (called spaghetti wraps or something like that). Like Cap said, you can use those to tie on the shoes. 🙂

I think Pleaser does clear straps that you can use ….or maybe if you can find clear elastic (rubbrr) bands?

That’s awesome, AerialGypsy! I even thought about how to make something like this, I didn’t know you can buy those!
