  scared to take down my xpole!!

  Ok so ive had my xpole now for about 8 months, when it was put up my husband said he made it too tight and cant come down anymore. Im super frusted because ive noticed my pole doesnt spin like it should…AND where the screws are there is” build-up”! Someone please help me I really want to take it down, nclean it and gettig it working properlly! but dont want to damage it if I do decide to take it down……..shouldni attempt to take it down????????

  I’d say call xpole. I hear they have great customer service.
