  Floor work

  Looking for a good resource for floor work. We cover a lot of tricks, holds, spins, etc in class but limited floor work. The studio owner said she would teach a floor work workshop but not until the beginning of the year because she is working on getting the December recital put together. In the meantime I was hoping you guys could offer some wisdom.

  alethea Austin has a floorwork dvd. I haven’t used it yet but I’m gonna order it soon. maybe someone else has used it and can give some feedback.

  I have Alethea Austin’s floor work DVD. I enjoyed it. The production values were good and it had a lot of great tips. There were variations given for some of her more flexy moves.
