I have NEW Strength and Conditioning ROUTINES!!
I’ve had several request for routines that include strength AND conditioning work. Well I thought it was a great idea and you will soon have 3 new routines!! The routines are; 1. Lower body, 2. Shoulders and Abs, 3. Chest and Back. I’ve included stretches in the routines as well!
I’ve already posted the Lower body routine and will upload the others during the month of November.
As always, you can find the full length individual lessons for each move below the main player if you need a refresher!
