  Infrared radiant heating panels and pole

  Hi y’all!

  Does anyone have experience with infrared heating panels and pole? Here’s what they look like: http://www.warmlyyours.com/en-US/radiant-panel-heating

  We are renting a room and plan to open a studio, and ther is no heating in there. Since we will only run the heater about 200-400 hours a year we don’t want to invest much, and these electric heaters are quite affordable here in Germany.

  What caught my attention, is that these heaters don’t warm up the air, but warm up every item that’s in the room (wall, furniture, people, POLES!!!), sililar to the sun – except that you can put the panels wherever you like (walls, ceilings, …) so there is no “shade” like you have with the sun.
  The sellers promise, that the heat will distribute more evenly throuout the room than a standart heating system, where the air gets warmed and moves up (I always have it quite cold at home an the floor… and of course the bottom of the pole!)

  So, does anyone of you have a these heating panels and can tell me more about how they work with pole?

  I’m a little concerned that it will take quite a while to heat the room up since there won’t be may items in the room that can spread the heat. What do you think?
