insanity for pole fitness
Posted by quancutie23 on December 4, 2013 at 2:19 amI wish someone will make a workout video combining all my favorite work out videos. For an example pole insanity, p90x for pole. Turbo fire pole. If team beach body or xpole created that than I would be more interested and motivated to work out.any workout video combining poke would be unique and awesome:)

I think that is a really great idea. I’d love to see something like this too. Maybe Veena can come up with some cardio pole lessons for us on this site.

There are actually 7 routines in the lessons here!!

Members seem to love them and see great results. 🙂 The express workout is great for cardio.

I’m doing veenas thirty day challenge which include the routines and I’m seeing my strength increase! And muscle soreness for a day or two after! It’s working! And it’s fun and easy to follow along with.

I too want to do this. I really like beachbody workouts but it seems when I take the time to do them, I don’t pole or do lyra as much as is like bc it’s overkill for my muscles. I just recently finished another round of P90X and I have missed dancing :-(. I’m trying something new though right now and i hope it works out! I am using veena’s lessons as part of it :-). I’ll put updates on this thread.

I offer “PoleSanity” classes at Pink Lemon Studio in St Louis! My instructor is Insanity certified and we fuse pole strengthening moves into the classes. I recommend trying BodyRockTV on youtube as a great source of HIIT (high intensity interval training) that you can do before a pole session.

@JB – Can I please USE that name??? I LOVE IT! I love using the pole for conditioning and cardio – you can come up with some super effective ways of keeping your posture while doing some tough conditioners. LOVE it! *disclaimer – not that I ever do it unless in a class, hahahah!*

@Charley I would just make sure to have someone who is Insanity certified teaching the class, we only use the name because the girl who teaches is certified through them, I wouldn’t want to cause any trouble over legalities with them. However, I also teach Pole Strength, and Pole Fit, and you’re welcome to use either of those as well =)

I’ve also heard classes called pole boot camps, pole conditioning, pole circuit, pole HIIT, etc. You can get fancy and create your own style!

I was just telling my friend who is doing insanity that I need a pole insanity!!!
