  mini photo shoot, pose help needed :)

  hi guys, we are having a mini photo shoot at my dance place in a few weeks and I need to decide on 5 beautiful poses, its also going to almost coincide with my 1 year poleversary so I want poses that show how far (ish LOL) I have come. I have already decided on butterfly, poisson and side bow and arrow but could do with a hand picking the other 2, I don’t really want all 5 to be inverts and am not uber flexible either so any suggestions gratefully received 🙂 Thanks in advance xx

  Simple tricks and poses can be beautiful too! Look at some famous poler pics and you can see not every shot has to be an impressive trick and you’ll also see some of the best angles to take pics from. Some poses look weird or unflattering at certain angles.
