Sorry for all the PoleCon stuff guys. But I went on the website today and they have a few workshops posted, but they don’t really say much about them.

The workshops that are there are:
Natasha Wang (90 minutes, $75, two time slots)
Phoniex Kazree (90 minutes, $75, two time slots)
Amber Ray (90 minutes, $75, two time slots)
Pole Jam with Roz Mays (90 minutes, $50)

Each workshop description simply say something to this effect:

“To take any workshop, you must have a PoleCon All Access Convention Pass or Day Pass for the day in which the workshop will take place. All participants must be at least 18 years of age or older. There is no film/photography allowed in any workshop room without consent from the host first. Each Pole workshop will be taught for all levels with more emphasis on their signature moves/trix. You will be required to sign a liability waiver in person in order to participate. There is no refunds/exchanges/no exceptions for any purchase. If you can no longer attend, you can transfer your spot to another guest with approval from Jessalynn@poleconvention.com. Thank you and enjoy PoleCon 2014!”

Now, I don’t know these stars signature moves off of the top of my head, and I’ve never done a workshop before. I want to do at least one. For those of you who hold the knowledge – what is the signature moves for these lovely ladies? Also, have you taken a workshop by one of them before, or at polecon? What is your input? Which would you want to take? Also — for those who have gone to polecon in the past: are these the only workshops they will offer or do they add more as time goes on? Thanks!

I took Natasha Wang’s workshop at last year’s PoleCon. We did a ton of Meathook stuff – the move itself, some variations, entries and exits.

I know that I wouldn’t miss a chance to train with Phoenix! I guess her signature move is the Titanic. She’s so graceful and fluid; I would want to do a dance-based class with her.

I absoultely hate what they have done with website for Pole Con. When I went in 2012, everything was much more organized on the site and all the workshop selections had description, now it doesnt seem to be that way. The layout is totally different

Mine too wanted to do expo as well but I’m a single mom so not sure can afford both plus have a sitter both times. Then there’s pole camp in saint martin. Althea austins chrome bar workshops and fifty million other events. My goal is to just try and get to at least one a year so that way in a few yrs can say I’ve experienced them all lol.

Hey everyone, I’ll reach out to the workshop hosts to get a list of material to expect/style of teaching. I’ll also post videos of each of the hosts so you can see what their competitive style is like. Thanks for the feedback,
