  Pole Doubles drop ideas and combos

  Hey everyone just wondering if anyone had any ideas of doubles drops and combos. Drops more important we’ve been trying the one where one person rolls down off the other one but can’t quite get it. Does anyone have any links to videos or anything. Trying to Google double pole drops isn’t proving successful lol! Also I have lots of double moves but trying to transition in and out of them and make a bit of a combo is proving difficult. Thanks in advance 🙂

  Check out videos by Mina and Nadia. Their doubles moves are so good!
