Bad kitty pole wear
Posted by missyskinner on January 23, 2014 at 9:44 amOk I’ve just spent 500$ on bad kitty clothing and they haven’t even PROCESSED my order yet. I ordered last Thursday!!!!! I don’t know if this is normal because I don’t order much online but spending that amount of money you’d think they’d at least have it processed or even shipped out! Has anyone else had this problem? I live in Canada so it will probably take sometime to get here…just frustrated didn’t know I had to wait this long, maybe it’s normal lol

MissySkinner, I saw this post come through and decided to look into your order personally. We did receive your order on 01.16.13 and it began processing on 01.17.13, Since the following Monday was a holiday , your order has only been processing for 4 business days. All international orders have a 6-10 business day processing time. (http://www.badkitty.com/shipping) . This allows us to receive all the merchandise to our international warehouse before it is released out of the country. I also noticed that our Customer Service representative has been in constant communication with you regarding items that were no longer available. If there is an issue with the order, and we need a response from you, the processing time on the order then gets expanded. Please understand that we do our best to get orders out in a timely manner, but being an International Customer expands our processing times. Thank you for checking into my order, and giving me some clarity. I’ve only made contact once with you guys through email and she told me on Monday they would send it out shortly. Nothing was mentioned about items weren’t available or anything, and we have not been in “constant contact” what so ever. No one has contacted me since. Nor have a got a refund for the items I paid for that weren’t available. So right now I’m lost, hopefully my items will arrive soon, and if some are not there I’m hoping to get my money back for the ones that couldn’t be purchased. Thanks π

missyskinner, i can assure you that everything is fine with your order. Your refund for the thongs were processed, but it takes 3-5 business days for it to report back to your card. The rest of your order will be shipping out shortly. There are just a few more items we are waiting for in order to ship it complete. As soon as it ships, you will receive an email with the tracking number. Please just remember that Holidays and Weekends to do count during processing and shipping times.

i have always gotten my orders from bad kitty really quick! i’m sure it’s because you are in canada (international) i actually ordered some new shorts on monday & got them yesterday π
& @MsBKitty i reallllllllly hope you are making the teal brazilian shorts again! i missed out on them & i’m pretty sure i *need* them π

Me too! I’ve been waiting on the Brazilian shorts as well I want them so bad, I’m going to buy a black and a white if they ever restock π π
