I’m curious about how it differs from a pole sleeve. I have a pole sleeve already. It has latex which can cause issues with some people. I’m wondering if this is a different material?

I never heardbof this product. But thanks for bringing it to my attention. I have a 45mm Xpert and large not so strong thighs (new to pole & Insanityâ„¢ is so hard) so I can use the help with leg holds/pole sits.
Anyone who has a Pole Armour, your opinion will be appreciated 🙂 -
hmm i don’t know if i have even heard of the pole sleeve … interesting ! please tell us more

Pole sleeves are basically the same thing. They add a lot of girth to the pole though. I have pics of the girth change on my blog post about the sleeve. Its a neat tool to supplement pole. I like mine, but its not the same as pole. The feel is different. You also need to avoid really stretchy clothing. http://femtasticdance.blogspot.com/2013/06/pole-sleeve.html?m=1

Pole Armour is a cheap imitation of Pole Sleeves…at Pole Expo in Vegas they had a pole armour up and people were slipping all over the place, plus it was ripping after only a few people climbed up. Pole Sleeves were used in the Chinese Pole clinic there and are a far superior product. They held up and looked brand new after days of people climbing all over them even with shoes on. I don’t think pole armour is removable either, but Pole Sleeves are. Pole Sleeves are the real deal.

Wow that’s interesting. They say they are removable, but I’m definitely concerned about slippage.

I noticed they had one of these at Pole Expo. I wonder if they changed the product because the one there was slipping and ripping. Yikes!

Im really curious what its made out of.
The other day I was out shopping for a lacrosse stick for my son. In Mens lacrosse you buy the head and stick separately. Any way, I was checking out the sticks and some were made with this grip stuff. I thought it was amazing. It gripped nicely in my hands. I thought the material they used for the grip would be awesome as a cover for a pole. *creative wheels are turning*

Hi Ladies! Pole Armour is a NON-Latex NON-silicon synthetic gripping aid. Platinum Stages had our pro type at the Pole Expo in Vegas to beta test the product. Based on the feed back from the show we completely reformulated & restructured the product to make a superior gripping aid to slide over any pole. The product that we launched last month is much more rigid & does not rip, tear, or bunch. It has great grip to it & is extremely easy to clean so wearing shoes while using it is not an issue. We will be posting videos of it soon so everyone can is it in action!

how much girth would it add to a 45 and how do you install it
-
It adds about 5mm girth to the pole, so a 45mm would be a 50mm with the Pole Armour. Pole Armour slides easily on & off the pole. Check out our Facebook page to see how it works.
