Most Inflexible Person in the Whole Wide World!
I need lots of advice on flexibility training. I have horrendous flexibility. When in the sitting V, I can barely lean forward without feeling an intense stretch. I plan on adding flexibility training to the end of every pole workout, and I know I need to take it easy, but I’m at a loss as to how many different kinds of stretches to do and for how long to hold them. Help!
