Before and after photos.
I’ve been thinking that SV should have a Before/After tab where you post a photo showing yourself before starting pole and current. The tab would be open for public browsing and hopefully motivate those who are “checking out pole” to try pole fitness(and sign up on SV)!! Could also have a small bio with each photo(how long they’ve been poling, weight lost/sizes dropped, how often they pole, positive impact poling has made in their life).

Maybe if we have our settings to “public” then this could be an option for those who wish to share….not that I want any of my stuff shown….lol.

The before and after tab is the only area I’m suggesting be public. If you wanted to post your before and after photo you could, or not. Thought it would be some good PR for the sport as well as SV!!!

This tab wouldn’t be linked to anyone’s profile. It would be a tab on SV home page. ……

You know what, I love the idea. I have actually started a before and after process. About 6 ,on this ago I took a pic of me just in my bra and pants and I plan to take another the same time next year. Time will tell what part of my body has changed. I love this idea. I always wanted to see before and after pics out there and there’s hardly any, so yeah I would defo do it but on one condition, my head wasn’t shown in the pics but that can be easily edited out. It’s only the body changes we are looking for!
