  Reaching a PS rep?

  Can anyone tell me how to email a Platinum Stages rep? There was a PS account on here but haven’t got a reply since sending a message a few days back. Do they offer many discounts or is there something I should request if I order?

  I believe I got a 10% discount when I ordered over the phone for being an SV member. Doesn’t hurt to ask.

  Nothing but a 5% discount. The 10% SV discount is no longer. Guy didn’t even realize the website read “order before July to get the 3.0 price”. Which was only a meesly $20 savings anyways. Nothing compared to an overall price of over $800 before $186 shipping.

  I think “order before July” meant July 2013 when the new model came out.

  Platinum Stages makes excellent poles but their customer service is atrocious. They are by far my favorite to use, but I hate the company so much I switched to LM for my home pole.

  Jenn, have you actually tried the SSA? Before spending that kind of money please find someone who has one and try it out first.
