    The “SV” version of Yoga?

    I am now exploring Yoga. I have had a few classes but know very little about it. Anybody familiar with Yoga classes similar to this SV site? I am looking to mix it up with pole.

    that site looks great. I just got into yoga as well and really enjoying the stretching and the slow meditating pace in the class I take.
