  essential oils

  I am looking into essential oils. Any one here who can command a brand and why you use it?

  What do you want to use them for? I can say this: never, ever, ever, ever, EVER use them on your skin undiluted or ingest them unless they’re food grade, and even then make sure younfollow distillers’ usage guidelines. I make bath and body care products and I use only essential oils in my formulations… so I have a lot of experience with EOs. 🙂

  Doterra!! Highest grade. I love them and some of them you can ingest but check the label first. Here’s some info below that I think will help:

  Young living farms. Amazing, high quality, not as expensive as doterra. They have huge lavender farms 30 min from my place.

  Check out alunaromatics.com….all natural and never any chemicals. They can create whatever you need!
