    is it okay or safe to do an aerial invert if you are not doing a tuck invert or v legs while you are doing the invert? I see some people do an aerial invert pretty much the same way one would do a basic invert and they use their feet and legs to pull themselves up into position the rest of the way. do you have to be able to tuck invert on the ground in order to do an aerial invert?

    it’s ok to invert that way when beginning aerial invert work, just like I would progress students from a basic invert to a chopper when feet are on the floor. although I def want legs to land in the right spot and avoid pulling up….
