HELP FOR A POLE COMP!
Hi there!
I was wondering if I could please ask you for some advice?
I am wanting to enter NZAPP this year so looking at ways of training for the comp, but in order to feel really confident I want to improve my physique.
I was wondering do you have any tips/advise in terms of training or nutrition to get increased muscle definition and lower my bf% so I look stage ready in time for my comp, My goal is to achieve an amazing athletic physique, as well as increase my muscular strength for pole.
I would love to hear from anyone who can help!
