  I wasn’t sure where to post this, so I hope it’s okay that I do it here. (if you know where I should do it at a later time, please let me know!!)

  I think the best thing to dance to is whatever you like and whatever gets you in the mood to pole! Have fun with it!

  We have a mini list somewhere with some great options.

  I suggest lots from the downtempo genre.
  Pop-rock does wonders, too.
