Advice for Selling X-Stages
Hey Polers!
I currently use X-stages to teach pole classes out of my friend’s judo dojo, but I am moving into my very own studio soon (YAY!!!! 🙂 ). I would like to sell at least 2 of the 3 stages and put the money toward getting 3 or 4 new poles. Can any one who has sold used X-stages give me any advice on the best place to list them on the internet? Where did you seem to have the most luck in getting buyers?

I sold my quickly on craigslist. How much are you wanting for them?

I’m hoping to get $620 or so a stage. Thank you for the advice about Craigslist. 🙂

I would not expect to get that much for a used stage. $350-500 is about the going rate for them.

Thanks for the going price! They are less than a year old and haven’t been roughly used, so I estimated higher. $350-500 wouldn’t be too shabby either! I can always list at $600 or so and willing to haggle! Lol

Are x-stages shippable?

There is one on my local craigslist listed for $650.
Now, I don’t know if they’ve had any offers or not… but I do know that they are the only one.
So, if someone is looking for a used X-stage I guess they have the market cornered. -
I would say 600 is a good starting price and pretty reasonable, dont they cost around 900 new? If so thats about 30 % off, and when i resell regular poles or advise on pricing of selling used poles i list for 225 or so, which is the same percentage off new (i think x poles are around 325?) GL!

I highly doubt they are shippable..too heavy and bulky

New X-Stages run about $800 and up, depending on where you look. As for shipping, I figure I’m going to ask at the UPS store if they can ship it and the price before I put it up for sale. I imagine it would be an insane amount, but it would be good to know. I would be willing to meet buyers for pick up.

i think my x-stage was 100-150$ for shipping. I ordered directly from xpole. it was sent in maybe four boxes.
