    Hi everyone!

I have put together a routine ready for a competition but have just realized the pole is too short for the no hands allegra combo I wanted to do.

Originally I would pole climb up and go from a no hands/elbow allegra and drop down into a pole sit/plank type position. However as I said, the poles are too short so I smack my feet on the floor and can’t get around this! I need to somehow get from this no hands allegra back into a Cupid so I can do a banana splits on the pole.

Is there a nice way of doing this? Any ideas and videos are much appreciated… I’m so stressed about it!

Well, im sitting ony couch as i reply so take that FWIW, lol. What do you mean by no hands allegra? Top hand is not on the pole? Are you starting allegra at the top of the pole?

Could you go into scorpio from it then jamilla, side climb, cupid? Though it would probaly be the same space issue…again, i am on my couch. Post a vid if you have one!

You close the leg you opened so you are in a pike, reach the top hand back up (that would be behind your leg in a normal allegra), then flip your hips. If you still need a video, I can do one tomorrow.

As I was working on basic Allegra, I accidentally went into Superman https://www.studioveena.com/videos/view/52eed0d1-2198-42a9-8942-49680a9aa0eb
