It depends on your body and past workout experience. 60-90 min is great if you can handle that but not everyone can, especially if you’re new to exercising. 20-30 min may be all you can handle at first and that’s okay because stamina will improve with time. The important things to remember are to warmup well first, this will reduce your chances of injury and will help you sick to the pole. And do some light stretching after to help with post workout stiffness and soreness. What you do in between is up to you. 🙂 Remember to take rest days too, you may find light exercise like walking or some light yoga beneficial on your “rest” days.
